Terms and Conditions
Payment is due on completion by cash or card.
Landlords / letting agents (if agreed at time of booking) within 28 days. After
28 days £15 extra will be added on to above oven prices.
Our prices are VAT free so you have nothing extra to pay.
Parking is required outside (or near) property. Parking fees will be charged
extra.
All appointment times are approximate, the time given will be the earliest time
of arrival, please allow up to an hour due to traffic and previous jobs.
An extra £5 – £10 may be charged due to distance (traveling time and fuel costs,
agreed when booking appointment).
Weekend and evening appointments may incur an extra charge (agreed at time of
booking)
If necessary please cancel appointment as soon as possible. If cancelled within
24 hours of appointment, a charge of £55 will apply.
We check appliances work on arrival. A call out charge of £55 (plus any extra
due to distance) will apply if no clean takes place.
